Fastrack your way through weight loss with these tips!

Over the years I have read plenty of articles and have had ‘n’ number of experiences to safely conclude that what we eat and put into out body plays 70% part in our overall health.
If you’re considering losing weight or even changing your eating habits these are some of the tips that you must keep in mind –



1)    Sugar – Avoid refined sugar, the amount of sugar that your body needs it already derives from other food items which have natural sugar content in them. For example – fruits. Don’t rely on artificial sweeteners they are worse than sugar.
